PLASTIC SIDEBOARDS
REGISTERED TRADE MARK "BANGBOARDS"

• Only 100 % virgin plastic resins will be accepted. Plastic sideboards must consist of more than one type of all virgin resins. Plastic sideboards using recycled materials will not be considered and will be rejected.
• The plastic boards must be solid in design and void of a porous interior.
• The plastic sideboards must be available in the "Actual" dimensions of:
  • Height - options shall be either 3 ½", 5 ½", 7 ½" and/or 9 ½" high.
  • Width - the plastic sideboards shall be at least 1 ½" wide/thick.
  • Length - options shall be continuous lengths of 10 feet, 12 feet, 14 feet, 16 feet and/or 18 feet.
• Board weights +/- per linear foot are as follows:
  • Board height 3 ½" = 1.6 lbs.
  • Board height 5 ½" = 2.4 lbs.
  • Board height 7 ½" = 3.2 lbs.
  • Board height 9 ½" = 4.0 lbs.
• The plastic sideboards must be color pigmented throughout in colors of (Black or White).
• The plastic sideboards must be approved for the use with hot mix asphalt materials.
• All plastic sideboards must carry a twelve-month replacement warranty.
